As time went on, the pokemon species had faced many difficulties. No matter how much their trainers tried, it just seemed their efforts were just not good enough. Team Rocket, Team Plasma, and all the others did their damage on the poor creatures and soon they met their inevitable end. Leaving in their wake are the memories of their species, leaving cats and dogs, fish and birds, not to mention fossils of their greatness. However... some humans refuse to part with their partners yet. Over the centuries, scientists have devised a way to splice human and pokemon DNA in an attempt to keep them alive in some manner, or to harness their powers... Scientists and their ways can be so mischievous sometimes.
What ever reason drew scientists to merge humans and pokemon as one still remains unknown. However, their deeds are not gone unnoticed. By fusing the unborn fetus with pokemon DNA, they have successfully created a new species of human. The PokeMorphs. When born, they showed no mutations, though with time, their differences between humans developed quite clearly. From familiar abilities to attacks, they became super humans. At first they were shunned from society for being monsters... though with time as their numbers grew, they soon became something normal to see out in public. Treated as equals amongst the humans.
No Armistice takes place in the wonderful city of New York in the year 2080. Where tags riddle the walls in fantastic canvases, marking the territories of the gangs that call these streets home. Things may look peaceful in the eyes of an outsider, but with in the scurrying bodies of the civilians lies chaos. Tension between the reigning gangs rise as bonds are broken and made. Where do you place your loyalty in this concrete jungle? Or is it your place to pick up the pieces that will be left behind in time.
